Are you ready for Boom Beach Frontlines Soft Launch?

The Boom Beach Frontlines soft launch is heading to a bunch of new countries. It comes with developer Space Ape’s July 2022 update, which is also set to bring new content in spades for the lucky few that can access the game.

Boom Beach Frontlines is a spinoff of Supercell’s popular Boom Beach in which players face-off in teams of 9v9, deploying vehicles, power-ups and savvy tactics in order to outsmart their opponents in explorable islands.

As for where the new Boom Beach soft launch will be taking place, look no further than the following countries:

  • Australia
  • Belgium
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • Indonesia
  • Israel
  • Italy
  • Malaysia
  • The Netherlands
  • New Zealand
  • Norway
  • The Philippines
  • Poland
  • Singapore
  • Sweden
  • Thailand
  • Turkey
  • United Arab Emirates

Prospective players from these countries can expect to play the Boom Beach Frontlines soft launch on August 3rd. The good news for anyone in a country that wasn’t included is that this new wave of soft launches places us closer than ever to a worldwide release. As for when exactly that might be, however, the jury is still out.

But for the lucky few that can play in a week’s time, there is a chance to reap some huge pre-registration rewards in the meantime. By pre-registering via the official website, players will automatically be given the Premium Beach Pass, which is crammed full of premium rewards. They will also receive a new epic troop arriving with the July update: the Laser Ranger. The free pass will be redeemable via the in-game shop, while current players can grab their own between 1st – 8th August.

The Laser Ranger can be utilized for some significant crowd control capabilities, with a laser that will tear through enemies in a single straight line. She joins the ranks of other troops including Zooka, Sniper and Fire Bomber to bolster the tactical capabilities of a team.

Other content in the July update includes changes to building upgrades, performance tweaks, and bug-squashes. It also comes with the return of Radio Boom – so if you have ten minutes to spare before diving in for the first time, be sure to give that a watch

As for any prospective players outside of the Boom Beach Frontlines soft launch countries who are keen to give it a spin on launch, it’s probably a good idea to pre-register to get ahead of those sweet, sweet rewards when it does.
